Okaya EV Chargers has unveiled plans to establish a network of 2,550 electric vehicle (EV) chargers throughout India in partnership with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC). This ambitious project, with a total investment of Rs. 125 crore, signifies a significant commitment from both organizations to bolster the country's electric vehicle infrastructur
As part of this initiative, 362 EV chargers have already been deployed in more than 20 states, marking a pivotal step towards enhancing the accessibility and convenience of EV charging options in India
The array of chargers being set up encompasses a wide range of high and low-voltage choices. It includes 3.3-kilowatt and 7.4-kilowatt chargers, 30-kilowatt wall-mounted CCS (Combined Charging System) 2 DC fast chargers, and 60-kilowatt CCS2 DC fast chargers
